Meet Tim Benim & Nick Exton
Tim Benim
Tim is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with degrees in Finance and Marketing. He also achieved an MBA from the University of Louisville.
Tim worked as a Director for GeriMed, a pharmaceutical group purchasing organization (GPO) servicing thousands of independent pharmacies. There, Tim helped lead the GeriMed sales force and provided consultation to GeriMed member pharmacies.
Tim is the angel investor and founder of Louvir as well as founder of AmedicaRx.
Tim is has partnered in various investment ventures, invested in many startup companies, is a partner in a real estate investment group called Alpha 5 Capital, and hold his Kentucky real estate license.
Nick Exton
Nick is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration
with degrees in Finance and Marketing. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, University of
Kentucky Departmental Honors in Finance, and University of Kentucky Departmental Honors in
Marketing. He accomplished a Master of Business Administration from the University of
Louisville.
Nick has worked primarily in the hospitality and construction fields throughout his business
career. He gained significant knowledge early in his job at a construction company, which
helped him build a sense for business. He managed a restaurant furthering his knowledge in
business and helping him understand more of the hospitality side to business associates. This
lead him to founding Exton Painting, a commercial/industrial painting company that specializes
in painting conveyor systems nationwide. He has been the president of this company for over
10 years.
Nick is a managing member and partner of multiple investment companies. They specialize in
real estate, venture capital, and senior living facilities.
